Refund Policy

At Avantika Dental & Homeopathic Clinic, we aim to provide the best possible services. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may seek a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds.

 

2. Refund for Services

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for any services (e.g., consultation, treatment packages), you may request a refund if you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as emergency treatments or services that have already been rendered, are non-refundable.
  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the service has been rendered, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the service not yet provided.

 

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: You can request a refund by contacting us via email or phone with the details of the appointment or service in question.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. You will receive confirmation of the refund via email.

 

4. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction. If you paid in cash at the clinic, the refund will be issued in cash or via bank transfer, as mutually agreed.

 

5. Cancellation of Appointments

  • Standard Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without any penalty.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the nature of the service booked.

 

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been provided in full.
  • If a client fails to attend the appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling.
